A Word from Our Founder
Roy Hinkamper

Over 40 years ago, my parents started a business. Neither had a college education, but both had the desire to control their destiny.

That business paid the school tuition of multiple families, put food on tables, and helped support other businesses and not-for-profit organizations on a daily basis. It’s with the spirit of service learned from Mom and Dad, that Acciva LLC was founded.

Acciva Leadership

Roy Hinkamper has spent his life serving others, finding ways to give back to his community and small businesses.

Throughout his career, he has served in top positions in accounting, audit, and risk management at Fortune 1000 companies. Roy also has 15 years of Big 4 consulting experience, leading domestic and international teams.

His Big 4 experience included being a national industry leader, publishing a semi-annual commodity outlook, and even presenting to an affiliated group of the International Energy Agency.

While having these experiences with large companies, he remains committed to helping his family’s small business, which has served as the continuous inspiration for his professional pursuits.

Typically, a small business owner’s time is split between financial and non-financial duties. An outsourced or fractional CFO takes on these financial tasks, helping to free up time within the owner’s schedule.
